This cocktail has decadent floral notes from the Hendrick's Gin, with tart berry base of fruit juices.

It is a bit sweet at the beginning, but packs a punch on the finish — just like the women in S.H. Cooper’s short story collection, “All That’s Fair”!

This cocktail is intended for adult consumption only. Please drink responsibly.

Dead Head Reviews does not condone underage drinking; please adhere to liquor laws where you live for legal requirements.

To make the “All That’s Fair” Cocktail:

Pour 3oz of cold Blackberry Tangerine Seltzer into a chilled cocktail glass of your choice.

In a cocktail shaker or a lidded mason jar add the following ingredients:

  • 1.5oz of Hendricks Gin

  • 2.5oz of chilled Rooibos Tea, unsweetened

  • 1oz Cran-Raspberry Juice, or unsweetened cranberry juice if you prefer more tart drink

  • .75oz of Agave Nectar

  • 6 frozen Blackberries

  • ice if you prefer an extra cold cocktail

Shake together until the liquid begins to turn purple and slightly foamy at the top, and pour over the seltzer. Add in more frozen blackberries to keep the drink cool and add visual flair! Add an optional twist of lime or lemon if you want to add some sour notes.
