Women in Horror Month: Want to Take Part?

It’s not too late to take part in our Women in Horror Month celebrations. We’re just getting started, and if you have a review, article, essay, listacle or absolutely anything else you’d like to share, we’d love to see it.

We’re open to everything and it’s absolutely fine if it’s been previously published on your blog or elsewhere, just let us know where so we can link back. Reviews of horror (or horror adjacent!) books by women are always welcome, but maybe you've got a particular topic you want to talk about in an essay or article - and if you’re a woman in horror, this doesn’t have to be related to feminism, being a woman, women, or gender (though they are of course welcome). We also accept mini reviews, listacles, and spotlights, just send us over the details you want included and don’t forget bios and social media links.

We accept reviews for any form of media - books, films, podcasts, music and anything else you can think of. And if there’s something you, as a Woman in Horror, has released that you’d like to promote, please just contact us and we can arrange something. We also have a spotlight template if you’d like to complete that.

And if you’re passionate about dark fiction, no matter if you’re into books, films or something else, and think you’d like to contribute on a regular basis to the website (we ask for at least 1 piece of content per month), you can find details about joining our team here, or if you’d like to keep our relationship more casual, we have details on pitching a feature here.

Which just leaves how to contact us. You can send your content or questions to dhrfeatures[at]gmail[dot]com - we look forward to hearing from you.
