[Announcement] - Last Call for Pride in Horror Month Art and Writing Submissions

CALL FOR CONTENT FOR UPCOMING
"PRIDE IN HORROR MONTH" FEATURE:

Today is deadline for accepting submissions on any LGBTQ related content pertaining to Horror, Dark Sci-fi, and Dark Fantasy.

We are looking for articles, essays, reviews of books/media with queer themes or queer rep, and creative writing with queer rep or by LGBTQ+ authors.

Essays and Articles may be about a creator’s own experiences about being LGBTQ+ and how the genres have helped them find their footing, a history of queer themes in Horror film/media, lists of LGBTQ+ authors or titles to read, etc.

We are open to all other creative suggestions of submissions as long as the content connects LGBTQ+ themes and the literary genres listed above.

We are also interested in interviewing LGBTQ+ authors as creators to highlight their experiences and give them a chance to speak about their creative content. If you’re interested in being interviewed or speaking about your work to one of our team members, please let us know how is best to contact you (email address preferred) and one of the DHR admins or contributors will reach out!

If you are looking to submit art, we are also looking for horror, dark fantasy, or dark sci-fi art and highlighting those creators in a digital art gallery on the site for the month of June!
